Hey friend! We’re so glad you chose to shop with Happy Ink Co. 💕
Every item we make is packed with love, care, and a little sprinkle of happy just for you.
Since each piece is made to order, here’s everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and cancellations.

💌 Cancellations

Changed your mind? No worries — it happens!
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as we haven’t started production yet.
Once your item is being created (or has shipped), we’re unable to cancel it.

💖 Returns

Because each item is custom-made, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless something’s wrong with your order — like if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If that happens, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the item

We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit — because your happiness matters most! ✨

💵 Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

  • You cancel before production begins, or

  • We’re unable to fulfill your order.

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

We’re not able to offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect sizes ordered (please double-check our size charts!)

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Items damaged from wear or misuse
